West Tower condominium building in Makati City have been declared a danger zone due to a spreading gas leak. Workers discovered that water in a deep well near the West Tower condominium building in Barangay Bangkal is contaminated with a kerosene-like chemical. Aside from the FPIC’s pipeline, a former gasoline station is being suspected as the source of the gas leak.
Technocrete was tasked to decommissioned the pipeline to stop the gas leaked and gas fumes. Careful evaluation and execution has been critically done to prevent any further damages on the areas. It was reported that gas fumes emanating from condominium building have been nearly cleared.
